Dynamo has no natural super powers. Instead, he relies on machinery to make himself powerful. Long ago he had most of his natural body replaced with mechanical augmentations he invented himself, thereby transcending biological limits and becoming more than human. The augmentations grant him many advantages, including

+ Enhanced reflexes (2 slots)
+ Inhuman strength (2 slots)
+ Superb armor/protection (1 slot) (will apply for these later)

The enhancements come with two significant tradeoffs: 1) Having disposed of eighty-five percent of his old body, he is forever one with the machine. He can never reverse the process and return to being human. 2) His new body runs on rare Type Z energy cells, the only kind compatible with his augs. He only has a limited supply; unless he finds more or a way to make them more efficient, he will die in the next four months.

Character history and motivations will be worked out as we go along. For now, let's just say he's a power-hungry villain who doesn't want power for its own sake. It's just as a means to an end: the defeat of those who bested him and the destruction of those who wronged him.
