Age: Around 17

Physical Description: Height: 5'7". Red-tinted black hair. Thin. Pale skin. (its not as white as I've shown below, by any means. She has pretty normal pale skin, but the black just makes her look paler.) Light grey eyes.

Costume: Typical costume is all black with a red ribbon choker. Something along these lines:
(Yeah, who cares about hands, coloring in the lines or correct anatomy. Ain't got time for that at midnight... XD; )
When seen in dreams or other unrealities, a long, plain, black satin-y gown, red choker and simple black slippers are worn.
However, when out and about in the real world, attire is more like above. The design does change every now and again when she gets bored of it, but it's always mostly simple black and the red choker. Zippers, boots and arm thingies are usually part of her costume as well. She wears her hair in a ponytail occasionally, but doesn't use anything fancy to tie it. She also carries a small knife, sometimes hidden in her clothing, sometimes not. Usually hooked to her side is a weapon she made herself, composed of two metal balls at both ends of a chain. (I think this is an actual weapon but I have NO idea what it's called)

When as herself, not Lady Noctia, she usually settles for a sweatshirt or tee-shirt and jeans or shorts over leggings.


Biography: As a child, Leanna could always hear the voices of people's thoughts. She was always confused by people's conflicting outward selves and their inner selves and became very reclusive. She has a great gap in her memory, and she can hardly remember her childhood. When she was around 14, she woke up one morning in the streets of New Carthage, remembering only her name. She decided on her age later. She's wandered around the country a lot since then. She only barely survived at first and was totally dependent on the good will of others for food and shelter.
By the time she's 17, however, she has a secret hideout where she invents things. She's also remembered bits and pieces from her past. Only fragments of images and people, though.
She keeps her ears open and spies on people when convenient. The black market pays well. She has no relatives, friends or other such connections. She gets bored easily and enjoys meddling in others' affairs.
Once a month, she goes into town and does town-y things like exploring and shopping. The library is her favorite place to hang out, particularly early in the morning when there aren't many people there.
She has a soft spot for children. Working on the black market got boring after a while, and Leanna wondered what else to do. She was on one of her trips into town when she saw a young boy being whipped by an older man in an alley. Leanna is quite weak, physically, and she knew it was pointless to intervene. But that event inspired her to develop her thought-hearing abilities and experiment with them and see just what she could do. She experimented more, and became more skilled in her craft.
Every night, she goes out into town as Lady Noctia, punishing truly malicious people with her mind-y powers and picking up handy information to sell.

That's enough words. Some RP forums have a personality field in the application but I prefer to leave that to the player to develop or put in the bio if they feel like it.
