POWERS ALREADY GOTTEN:

POWER NAME: "Alice"
CATEGORY: technology
DESCRIPTION: A red revolver with black bullets. The bullets are just simple black metal filled with gun powder. (I figure this counts as extremely simple)
LIMITS: It is stronger than most guns it's size but it still has it's limits. It can't destroy any metal thicker than 1 inch because after all it is just metal filled with gunpowder. Also anything stronger than metal thicker than an inch because as you might have guessed it is only metal filled with gunpowder..

Description: Explosive black bullets with stripes. (Again I think this one counts as simple)

DESCRIPTION: A tall black, beat up top hat with a gray scarf wrapped around it. The hat allow teleportation around the wearer. Wearer simply reaches into the hat and the hat will open up a portal to the desired location. Thought to be magic but it was acutally technology made by H.A.T labs.
LIMITS: When people enter the hat it takes a hour and a half to recharge fully and wearer must have been there before.

CATEGORY: technology
DESCRIPTION: The cheshire cat can make a projection of anyone that it has come in contact with. The cat can mimic anything from a person's voice to how they act.
LIMITS: The projection themselves cannot fight or grab anything that is not part of the illusion.

Explosive rounds approved at 2 points or at 1 point if you reduce the radius to three feet.

DESCRIPTION: A smaller robotic cat that the Hatter carries with him. The cat has artificial intelligence and can turn into a phone when needed. Also made and stolen from H.A.T labs.

This can just be RPd. It doesn't need to take up a power slot. If the cat does anything incredibly useful, then it might need to be a power.
