Pardon the length i know not all can be used right away
these are just the ones i will be saving up for


Power Name: Judgement of heaven
Category: Supernatural
Description: Judging those who committed wrong, She weighs people's actions of the last day on divine scales and if they have done more wrong then good, delivers justice.
Limits: The amount of damage depends on the wrong committed. However in order to do this, she must be holding both the person's hands. Ex. judgement on a person who stole a candy bar would be the removal of some food from their home. Ex. Judgement on a person who killed in self defense wouldn't be anything though as long as the person was trying to save his/her life and hadn't wanted to kill the person in the first place. Ex. Judgement on a person who cut another person's arm off would be an arm lost.
eye for eye tooth for tooth type judgement

Power Name: Seals of the scroll #1
Category: Supernatural
Description: Using one of the seals can summon one of the horsemen of the apocalypse.
Horseman #1 can command any one nearby.
Limits: The horsemen cannot be summoned if another one is already and their effects only effect the people around them as long as they are out.
Horseman. The people have to be within sight. When he disappears the command wears off. He also cannot be out for more then 5 minutes.
(I know i won't be able to use this one for a long time)

Description: Using one of the seals can summon one of the horsemen of the apocalypse.
Horseman 2 causes everyone nearby to attack each other in mindless strife.
Limits: The horsemen cannot be summoned if another one is already and their effects only effect the people around them as long as they are out.
Horseman. The people have to be within sight. when he disappears everything reverts to normal except those dead.

Power Name: Seals of the scroll #3
Category: Supernatural
Description: Using one of the seals can summon one of the horsemen of the apocalypse.
Horseman 3 causes the price of food and commodities to increase tenfold
Limits: The horsemen cannot be summoned if another one is already and their effects only effect the people around them as long as they are out.
Horseman. Range is ten miles square. when he disappears everything reverts to normal

Category: Supernatural
Description: Using one of the seals can summon one of the horsemen of the apocalypse.
Horseman 4 causes everyone nearby to catch the black death, or similar plague.
Limits: The horsemen cannot be summoned if another one is already and their effects only effect the people around them as long as they are out.
Horseman. The people have to be within sight. When he disappears, if the people aren't dead, they automatically recover.

Power Name: Seals of the scroll #5
Category: Supernatural
Description: The fifth seal causes Seraphim to pause in battle and meditate on the prayers of the saints. The longer she does, the stronger her next attack will be. She does not need to eat in meditation as she is in a coma like state
Limits: For every 10 minutes in meditation, her attack increases to the next level. bonus only effects the next attack to be used

Power Name: Seals of the scroll #6
Category: Supernatural
Description: Opening the sixth scroll results in an earthquake.
Limits: The earthquake only effects those within sight of Seraphim and the strength depends on Seal #5. without seal #5 it is level 1 on the richter scale

Power Name: Seals of the scroll #7
Category: Supernatural
Description: Using this seal causes all combat to cease for half an hour
Limits: Effects everyone within sight.

Power Name: Peal of the Trumpet #1
Category: Supernatural
Description: Call hail mixed with blood to reign down on to the combatants besides her.
Limits: can only be used if all the seals have been used. Range is sight. lasts five minutes plus seal 5 increases of 5 minutes of hail per level.

Power Name: Peal of the Trumpet #2
Category: Supernatural
Description: Turns all non drinkable water into blood.
Limits: can only be used if all the seals have been used. range is sight. lasts five minutes plus seal 5 bonus of 5 minutes per level.

Power Name: Peal of the Trumpet #3
Category: Supernatural
Description: Turns all drinkable water into poison.
Limits: can only be used if all the seals have been used. range is sight. lasts five minutes plus seal 5 bonus of 5 minutes per level.

Power Name: Peal of the Trumpet #4
Category: Supernatural
Description: Stops all light from reaching anywhere in her sight.
Limits: can only be used if all the seals have been used. range is sight. lasts five minutes plus seal 5 bonus of 5 minutes per level.

Power Name: Peal of the Trumpet #5
Category: Supernatural
Description: summons an army of locusts
"The locusts looked like horses prepared for battle... They had breastplates like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings was like the thundering of many horses and chariots rushing into battle. They had tails with stingers, like scorpions"
Limits: can only be used if all the seals have been used. range is sight. lasts five minutes plus seal 5 bonus of 5 minutes per level. cannot kill anyone, but cause such extreme agony that the attacked person cannot think about anything other then death. They also do not attack anyone who is not part of the battle

Power Name: Peal of the Trumpet #6
Category: Supernatural
Description: summons an army of horses and riders.
"The horses and riders I saw in my vision looked like this: Their breastplates were fiery red, dark blue, and yellow as sulfur. The heads of the horses resembled the heads of lions, and out of their mouths came fire, smoke and sulfur. The power of the horses was in their mouths and in their tails; for their tails were like snakes, having heads with which they inflict injury." These can kill, but they attack anyone near by even Seraphim herself
Limits: can only be used if all the seals have been used. range is sight. lasts five minutes plus seal 5 bonus of 5 minutes per level.

Power Name: Peal of the Trumpet #7
Category: Supernatural
Description: Summons a hurricane, lightning storm, earthquake, tornadoes, and a hailstorm
Limits: can only be used if all the seals have been used. range is sight. lasts five minutes plus seal 5 bonus of 5 minutes per level. Also the intensity of each disaster depends on seal 5 starting at level 1 in each prospective scale

Power Name: Incense of the bowl #1
Category: Supernatural
Description: creates festering wounds like boils on any enemy of Seraphim
Limits: can only be used if all the trumpets have been used. range is sight.

Power Name: Incense of the bowl #2
Category: Supernatural
Description: turns all non-drinkable water into blood.
Limits: can only be used if all the trumpets have been used and bowl 1 has been used. range is sight.

Power Name: Incense of the bowl #3
Category: Supernatural
Description: turns all drinkable water into blood.
Limits: can only be used if all the trumpets have been used and bowl 2 has been used. range is sight.

Power Name: Incense of the bowl #4
Category: Supernatural
Description: Scorches all people within sight with strength sapping heat
Limits: can only be used if all the trumpets have been used and bowl 3 has been used

Power Name: Incense of the bowl #5
Category: Supernatural
Description: causes everyone within sight to loose their sight other then Seraphim
Limits: can only be used if all the trumpets have been used and bowl 4 has been used

Power Name: Incense of the bowl #6
Category: Supernatural
Description: dries up all water within sight
Limits: can only be used if all the trumpets have been used and bowl 5 has been used

Power Name: Incense of the bowl #7
Category: Supernatural
Description: A devastating earthquake that levels the land completely and then splits it into three parts. Richter scale 12
Limits: can only be used if every bowl, trumpet and seal has been used. range is sight.

Limits on all seal, trumpet, bowl powers:
can only be used 15 minutes after the previous one. also using a seal, trumpet or bowl negates any previous ones in effect.

Power Name: Wings
Category: biological
Description: white wings that disappear and appear at will.
Limits: the speed she travels effects her the same way as if she was running that fast.

Power Name: Light of the holy diadem
Category: Supernatural
Description: beam of pure light that can destroy any shadow
Limits: can only effect shadow and has to be recharged for 5 minutes

Ehhhh... Sorry, but there are far too many for me to consider at once, and a large number of them are pretty complicated Razz Can you please store these on your computer and apply for them one at a time?

Ehhhh... Judgement from Heaven is really a pretty godlike power. Regardless of how inconvenient it is, it's simply too powerful. If you make it so there is an opportunity for them to evade it, you can have it at 25 slots. How long do the hands have to be held for?

Wings approved at 2 slots.

LofHD approved at three slots.

SotS#1: Be more specific about his limits. The only way you can have absolute control over another charrie is with their permission. And how long before a horseman can be re-summoned?
